Joe Batriz is a Holy Spirit-filled Pastor and Retired Civil Servant. He is also a husband of over 39 years to Carmen Batriz, a father, grandfather, Certified Life Coach, Ministry Leader, Entrepreneur, and Founder of Encounter Ministries.
With over 15 years of service in healing and deliverance ministry, he has been utilized by the Lord to restore freedom, hope, and wholeness to many.
God has given Joe, not only the heart of a pastor. but a vision for true restoration and transformation of the church (Ekklesia).
Joe has a passion to see men set free from the garbage that is picked up in life that holds them in bondage. We are meant to live our lives free from that garbage. Galatians 5:1 (NIV) Christ has set us free. He wants us to enjoy freedom. So stand firm. Don't let the chains of slavery hold you again.

Carmen Batriz is, first and foremost, a Holy Spirit-filled, radically sold-out servant of the Lord. She is a wife of 39 years to Joe Batriz, a mother, grandmother, Ministry Leader, Prophetic Intercessor, Entrepreneur, and Co-founder of Encounter Ministries.
With over 15 years of service in healing and deliverance ministry, she has been utilized by the Lord to restore freedom, hope, and wholeness to many.
Carmen is also the Founder of Let H.O.P.E. Arise, a God-inspired movement that exists to establish Heaven On Planet Earth as the Church moves into a new era of Revival and Reformation.
